Lead Artist & Art Producer – Cubiverse (Posibillian Tech)
As Lead Artist and Art Producer for Cubiverse, a mobile game that remained live for over five years with monthly updates featuring new mechanics, events, and improvements. I was responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the art assets across the project. I led and coordinated a team of 12 artists, managing task assignments, reviewing 3D models and animations, and providing corrections to maintain visual standards. Likewise, I also created animatics to support in-game cinematics and promotional materials. In close collaboration with the project's Art Director, I organized and scheduled asset deliveries for game updates, ensuring deadlines were met, and content pipelines flowed efficiently. My role required both creative leadership and production oversight to maintain a high-quality, evolving visual experience for our player base.
